  • Therefore, we can offer very attractive hourly rates with extremely high caliber staff at our beautiful and secure, PCI-compliant facilities. 
     

  • We don’t use Work-at-Home agents which is not secure or stable in the Philippines
     

  • Every 30 FTE identified is $1 million per year saved. 

Higher Quality of Staff

  • We are able to attract higher quality staff in Leyte than other parts of the Philippines by paying better than market wages and offering the best benefits and amenities. 
     

  • This results in insanely good agent quality and very low attrition. 

No Deal Too Small

  • Larger BPO’s require a minimum number of 25 FTE or more to get their attention.
     

  • They also want a homogenous group of workers all doing the same thing – think call center work.
     

  • However, no deal is too small for Global Virtual Staffing.  If you want to start with 1-2 people that is fine.  If you have a heterogenous group of functions you want us to perform, no problem.  
     

  • We embrace the “staff augmentation” model and can find strong talent for our clients to remotely manage in just about any type of role.

  • Frank Kelly, co-founder and owner, is based in the US and directly works with our clients to develop a solution to exceed their needs.  Frank has over 30 years’ experience running global operations up to 33,000 employees and hundreds of clients for Convergys/Concentrix, Teleperformance, Sutherland Global Services, IBEX Global Solutions, ResultsCX and Continuum Global Services.  He spearheaded the Offshoring movement to India and the Philippines while at Convergys before it became fashionable, and built several Work-at-Home companies including Arise, Sutherland CloudSource and most recently transforming 17,000 employees from a global Brick & Mortar to a global WAH model while at Continuum Global Solutions during the early days of the pandemic. 
     

  • Brian Hiener, co-founder and owner, is based on-site in Leyte running the Global Virtual Staffing Operations that will exceed your expectations….  Brian’s has extraordinarily deep experience with over 30 years in the BPO industry.  He has held positions as the Vice President of Transformation, Operations, Account Management and the Senior Vice President of Philippines Operations for Convergys/Concentrix, IBEX Global Solutions, Goji and others.
